COMPETENCE

As established in the Organic Structure of the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry, for decree law no. 12/2019, of 14 June, in article 6 that the existence of the Dili Convention Center as an indirect administration of the state whose respective supervision of the Minister and functioning through the establishment itself organic statute.

It also appears in article 33 on the Dili Convention Center, called CCD, which is a legal person under public law, administrative and financial autonomy and with its own assets. Currently, the legal basis for CCD uses as a guide to fulfill the service is Ministerial Order nº. 27/GMTCI/IX/2010, of 17 September, with several amendments that are also taken from Ministerial Order no. 31/GMTCI/V/2010, of 29 October and last third amendment of Ministerial Order no. 001/GMTAC/III/2015 of March 16 (waiting for the new CCD Statute).
