A. Congress, Conferences, Seminars and other events linked to socio-cultural, artistic, technical or other events, which are conducted by a natural or legal person, public or private entity, provided that it is compatible with installation and does not require any use of public goods.

B. Ensure its administration, organization, operation and better conservation of equipment and spaces for use and good revenue management.
