The Minister is grateful and thankful that today, the Dili Convention Center (CCD) is able to lunch its own website.

This is a mark of progress in the use of  Technology and Communication to facilitate or support CCD as a servant of the state and people of  Timor-Leste in the implementation of its function or service with better service.

Today’s world is a digital age, where it greatly facilitates the acceleration of communication and saves time and other resources.

The process of creating the CCD website has technical support from the Information Technology Communication Agency of Timor-Leste (TIC – TL), which has already signed a MoU and Technical Level agreement with MTCI on the use of kobe toolbox as a digital medium for data collection, and will support the installation of the database.

With these progresses, the Minister wanted to express his gratitude to the TIC – TL, and expects its continued and strong cooperation from this service, to better serve the State and the people.

Article 6 Point 1 CCD Decree-Law N0. 5/2013 has supervision by the Ministry of Tourism based on some regulations, approved in accordance with Ministerial Dispatch N0. 27/GMTACI/IX/2010, 29 October. Article 10 of the Order talks about rules that apply to the user or public, and Article 11 of the Ministerial Order talks about the Ministry’s administrative obligation through CCD.

The purpose in creating the website, that the public can understand the application process and its regulations are published online, and can also place an order online to save sheets and transportation. It hopes that this means will facilitate the achievement of these objectives.
